The Best Apartment complex in Niskayuna

I have been a tenant at Tall Oaks for 32 years, so I can provide a unique, informed perspective. Prior to moving here, I lived in three other Niskayuna apartment complexes, none of which compares to Tall Oaks, for the following reasons: These apartments are exceptionally large, bright, and very well equipped. The grounds are Park-Like, beautiful, and meticulously-maintained. The staff is perhaps the Best feature of Tall Oaks...whenever I have called with a problem, they fix it within hours, not ...
days like some complexes. The crew also helps many older tenants clean snow from their cars, and other challenging tasks, because they care. Many of the tenants have been here for decades; the Tall Oaks community is their "Family." Finally, within the past 2 months, brand new windows and venetian blinds have been installed in every single apartment. Every unit is getting a "makeover" when new tenants move in, i.e. new kitchen cabinets, counters, tile floors, vanities. These newly-remodeled apartments are the nicest I have seen anywhere. Give Chris, our rental manager, a call...she is extremely helpful and you will love her. You will not be disappointed.
