Tall timbers are decent apartments, the area makes it convenient to go shop at different stores on top of it being a quiet neighborhood. The apartments are just very old if you live in a downstairs unit you hear everything your neighbors do. The doors are too close to each other and it lacks privacy. You will eventually get annoyed at some point.

This complex continues to go downhill. More and more people are leaving. Management jacked up the price of rent by throwing in a fee for them recieving packages when packages usually show up on your doorstep. Plus, many people had to move because management wanted to renovate and refused to let loyal tenants stay in their apartments... another tactic to jack up the rent. They want this complex to be so high end, yet on any random night you can hear your neighbors blasting their music while you ...

Not only is my apartment beautiful, the leasing office and management team are beyond helpful and really supportive. The maintenance team are responsive and friendly and extremely helpful. I had an issue with the electric company because the previous tenants had a switch hold that prevented me from putting it in my name and the manager, Sherri, fought hard for me to get it in my name. They gave me a key to an empty apartment so I could shower and they refunded me the groceries I lost due to the ...
electric company turning off my electricity. Richard and Donovan who are on the maintenance team, are incredibly helpful and assisted me with getting my yard mowed and fixed the things the previous tenet broke. Everyone really makes this place a community. As long as they are here, I am never moving.

We just recently moved back to Euless a few months ago & have loved every day of living here! Jayme, our leasing agent, was so helpful and kind to get us in within a week of applying, with no problems. My townhome is newly updated and very spacious, our neighbors are friendly & the pool area is a huge win with my boys! Definitely recommend Tall Timbers Apartments for any size family.

I love living here! The staff and residents are great. The property is very quiet. I really like the location, it is easy to access any of the surrounding major cities. The only complaint is the landscaping around my building. There are bushes that have not grown or blossomed since I’ve been here.

I loved living here. Even though it's centered between 2 large cities, the property itself was quiet and a relaxing place to come home to. Management was on top of everything. Property was well maintained and no issues with my apartment or management whatsoever. Would definitely live here again.

The A/C is terrible. I have never lived in an apartment complex that had to send out a community wide email telling all residents to not expect less than 20 degrees inside the apartment compared to the perceived outside temperature. We have a very old Rheem "High Efficiency" A/C unit that is not efficient anymore and on average costs us about $75 per month in electricity (that's HALF of our electricity bill, sometimes more!) when kept at 74 degrees all the time, not 68 or 70 or anything normal. ...
The vents in the upstairs of our apartment are on the floor and there are no ceiling fans which means any cold air that is released up there stays on the floor (hot air rises, cold air falls) and is not cycled very well throughout the apartment so it can get over 80 degrees upstairs where we sleep which is just absurd. The front office (except Mary) was unwilling to hear our complaints or even say sorry for the inconvenience, they just brushed us off like it didn't even matter. If we kept our dog upstairs and it got that hot then he could overheat and possibly die but no one cared when I tried explaining that to them, either. Valet trash is required here even if you don't use it, , on top of all the other trash fees assessed on your bill, which really sucks because we have a dumpster right outside our door and the recycle is not that far of a walk. For how much we pay in trash, the grounds could be better kept up with removing loose trash around the dumpsters, picking up dog remains in the dog park, and other basic trash services rather than "Valet Trash". Speaking of fees, the fees that are tacked on to your bill every month are crazy expensive, so you may see the price tag for renting a unit but add probably $50 to that if not more just in fees and utilities every month. Sometimes it takes a few phone calls and maintenance requests to finally get what we need done, however, we still have baseboards that are not fixed that we were told would be fixed when moving in. I also sent an email voicing my concerns to the regional manager for BH Management (Wendy Harrison) and never heard anything back from her either so, clearly, something is very off with this community. On a positive note, the community is fairly quiet overall, most people that live here are super nice, so many people have pets and they are super pet friendly! We do enjoy living here more than our last apartment, but for what we have it is not worth the price.
