May 26, 2025Would not recommend. Very over priced for what you get. Extremely noisy apartment building. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. Expect constant apartment inspections from management. I have had more than 6 notices in less than a year stating they would be doing a random inspection. But after several issues Raven stayed positive and helped me get through everything. Once I got here she had not lied about anything. It was great until Greystar took over
May 7, 2024The building is small, half the people here have untrained, off leashed dogs and screaming children. There’s garbage and dog poop everywhere. The random times they clean up the landscaping it always look like a group of kids did it. There are spilled drinks and sticky substances all over the floors and in the elevators on a weekly basis. The folks that live here are not considerate of other people at all. The recycling is always overflowing with trash and the trash area always has random objects ...everywhere. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The leasing staff might be “nice” but they do nothing to improve this community. Valet trash is a joke, half the time they come late and often times they only do part of the building. Residents leave there trash out all day and night and the hallways smell horrible. The stairwells are never cleaned. Don’t let the photos online fool you, they made it look nice for one day, it never looks like that. The amenities are little to nothing. There’s a small gym and a hot tub right in front of a residents window. Folks speed down the street and it feels very unsafe to cross the street to the walking trails. Don’t even get me started on the smoking inside and outside of the building and the hundreds of cigarette butts outside. The only nice thing about living here it’s that it’s so close to a really nice trail system.Property Manager Responded
