I can’t say enough positive things about these apartments. I don’t particularly care about amenities, but what they offer looks great. Plus, there are plenty of resident events, which is a huge plus for me. Ariana, the leasing agent, is an absolute delight. She made my move in process incredibly smooth. I walked in on a Saturday, got approved on Monday, and was all settled in within a few days. The apartment was spotless, and I had no issues whatsoever. My washer had some minor issues that are ...
currently being worked on, but the management has been incredibly accommodating. They’ve provided me with alternative laundry options while my washer is being repaired. I’m giving them a perfect 10 out of 10 for that touch of care. The apartments have a huge balcony, which I absolutely love. It’s an open platform with stunning views, and it’s incredibly affordable for castle rock living. I can’t compare it to any other properties I’ve seen. It’s by far the best and most affordable option. Parking is a no brainer. There’s always a spot available, no matter the time of day. The apartments are newer, which helps with noise levels. I love the wood floors, and they add a touch of elegance to the space. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments. They offer everything I need and more, at an incredibly affordable price.

Would not recommend. Very over priced for what you get. Extremely noisy apartment building. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. Expect constant apartment inspections from management. I have had more than 6 notices in less than a year stating they would be doing a random inspection. There are better options in the area for the same price.

I was in Houston and I did everything online with the help from Raven. I only seen pics that are posted on the website. But after several issues Raven stayed positive and helped me get through everything. Once I got here she had not lied about anything. My apartment was clean and so was the overall complex.

The building is small, half the people here have untrained, off leashed dogs and screaming children. There’s garbage and dog poop everywhere. The random times they clean up the landscaping it always look like a group of kids did it. There are spilled drinks and sticky substances all over the floors and in the elevators on a weekly basis. The folks that live here are not considerate of other people at all. The recycling is always overflowing with trash and the trash area always has random objects ...
everywhere. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The leasing staff might be “nice” but they do nothing to improve this community. Valet trash is a joke, half the time they come late and often times they only do part of the building. Residents leave there trash out all day and night and the hallways smell horrible. The stairwells are never cleaned. Don’t let the photos online fool you, they made it look nice for one day, it never looks like that. The amenities are little to nothing. There’s a small gym and a hot tub right in front of a residents window. Folks speed down the street and it feels very unsafe to cross the street to the walking trails. Don’t even get me started on the smoking inside and outside of the building and the hundreds of cigarette butts outside. The only nice thing about living here it’s that it’s so close to a really nice trail system.
