Nice Apartment & Great Staff
December 6, 2025I just moved in a few weeks ago and very happy so far! The leasing office allowed my washer & dryer to be delivered the day before I got my keys as a courtesy. Excellent place to live with lovely staff!
September 19, 2025My fiance and I moved in August 2025 and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff are lovely and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues we report, with things being fixed within 1-2 days! Too expensive for what it is
December 16, 2024Too expensive, leasing issues, unprofessional staff (leasing/cleaning), no updates or cleaning for vacant apartments compared to living cost (new carpet, floors being stripped/sealed properly, etc.)Property Manager Responded

Great place , great team
November 19, 2024Lived at Tamarac 11 years ago, it was a good place then, it's an even better place now. Everyone was great in the office, I primarily worked with Joe and Jocolyn, and both were amazing Joe showed me at least 3 different apartments, and was great when it came down to signing and making sure I understood everything.
