Do NOT rent from here! I’ve been putting in work orders since MARCH, we’re now in AUGUST and I haven’t heard a thing from anyone. They barely answer the phone and the office hours are bs because they open and close when they want. Hot water is scarce, none in the morning and come home and it’s STILL cold at times. Big coach roaches and mice (when they actually come all they do is put a sticky trap or two down) Holes in the wall from unprofessional construction work. You try and get in touch with ...

The worst place in the world to live, they gave me an apartment that was not ready to rent, no hot water in the shower. My parents who are 80 years old have to take shower with cold water.mice everywhere, they gave me a dirty apartment, I never thought it would be like that.

I've been living here going on 2 years now and haven't had an complaint about anything. The apartments are clean and area is descent. They do monthly expectations and usually on top of any problems you have with your apartment. This is the 3rd apartment complex I lived at, but this is the first time living in camden. Never thought i would be living in Camden with 2 young kids, but I must say for the price you cannot beat it. Recommend to anyone!

Dirty, mice and roach infested. Apartment complex allow people to throw food in the parking lot to attract rodents. Was told exterminator cannot respond to every complaint. Noise level is ridiculous. A lot of unemployed people who do not have a bedtime. Just because it's located in Camden does not mean the standard of living has to be this low. Can't wait to move! Do not rent from here!

I have been a resident at Tamarack apartments for over two years now. I like the central location and the easy commute to anywhere. The apartments are great for the price. Not to mention the free heat. ( check your gas bill this is a real money saver). I like that they try to keep the area clean and free from criminal activity. The staff are attentive to residents needs and concerns and tries to be expedient and flexible as much as possible. I also like that they have monthly extermination ...

and weekly appointments by request. The winter months have been headache free due to Tamarack's effective snow removal service. I don't think you can ask for much more! Overall Tamarack is excellent place to live if you like convenience, clean, and hassle free living!!!!!!!!
