Apartments Tour
February 13, 2026I just visited for a tour today. Wawa showed me 2 different units. The place was a nice surprise. Really couldn't believe my luck in finding this place. Leasing staff extremely nice. I will definitely look into leasing theire.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025I recently toured Tampa Woods, and it was without question the most disappointing experience out of the 14 apartment communities I visited. The leasing manager, Walla, displayed an astonishing level of unprofessionalism. She was blatantly rude to me, dismissive toward her own employee, and disrespectful when speaking about my current apartment community. Her conduct was entirely inappropriate, and it immediately raised serious concerns about the culture of this property. What makes this even more ...troubling is that the leasing agent assisting me was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. It was genuinely upsetting to see someone so capable and courteous being treated poorly by her own manager. No employee—and certainly no prospective resident—should have to experience that. Although I was approved to move in, I ultimately decided not to proceed. I have no intention of joining a community where leadership, especially at the management level, shows such a lack of respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy. A manager sets the tone for the entire community, and based on this encounter with Walla, Tampa Woods is not a place where I would ever feel valued or comfortable. I truly hope upper management takes this matter seriously. complex needs updating
May 8, 2022cabinets are old , kitchen floors need to be updated , parking is crazy for all the rent amount you should be able to park in a spot regardless per lease. Bugs are ridiculous uncontrolled , trash is being charged but many times have missed picking up trash .Property Manager Responded

Don't Move Here
April 7, 2022My mother lived here for 15 years. She always paid her rent on time and was never a problem. When she grew older and could not live on her own any longer (especially in a 2nd floor apartment she could not get out of in an emergency), she was forced to break her lease about 3 months early. Her apartment was rented almost right away at about $400 more/month than she was paying but the leasing office still sent her a bill for almost $3,000. Other companies were sympathetic to her situation but not ...Tampa Woods - they were heartless. I would not recommend them to anyone.Property Manager Responded

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
August 30, 2021Been here for 2 years and the people in the apartment complex could care less about you and your safety. “We do not care about your safety.” I was told just now. -Building caught fire and forced us to leave for a few nights, apartment had no care in the world to help. -Parking is a huge issue. Forced me to walk half a mile in the dark WITH NO SIDEWALK because there is no parking. Even if you pay rent and if they run out of parking. To bad. Got to walk in the middle of the road. -Better ...hope you AC doesn’t go out. My neighbors went 2 months without it. -Washer Machine has been needing a fix for a month now. You get what you pay for here. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Very bad management
January 3, 2020I won’t recommend this apartment to anyone, as management doesn’t care of residents at all. They don’t act on the service requests immediately or on same days. Very bad apartment management
July 10, 2018I don't recommend Tampa Wood apartment. While you leave the apartment they charged you anything and they took almost all your security deposit. I experienced the same. I paid $299 as security deposit, but while returning the refunded only $34. They put the unrealistic charges on my head. So please be careful while choosing such apartment.Review from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX! RENTER BEWARE
April 24, 2018This is the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I have ever had the displeasure of living with. The staff was extremely unhelpful and apathetic. My car was broken into, and keyed on multiple occasions. The property management's response was, due to fair housing, we can't help. Maintenance was always late, and only 1 employee worked there for longer than the year I lived here. Just Terrible
November 22, 2017Staff has attitude. Parking is atrocious. 4 2-bedroom apartments have 3 parking spots and 1 handicap. And they expect you not to park on the grass where they WILL tow. They're contracted with tow companies to take your car 30 miles away. Goodluck getting it back anytime soon. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Probably from all the leaks that are barely able to be controlled via the shower and out into the walls and floor. Lots of Dogs, no Dog stations. About 4-5 dogs pick up zones for about 40-50 buildings? 1 ...dog station per 10 buildings? Great! Overall, bad pay, bad service, bad living. 0/5 stars if I could.
