The ease of the rubbish bin right down the hall is ideal our halls smell clean always. We love our view. Our apartment plan was well thought out. We love the amenities in the community center; and also the heated pool, hot tub, and cozy fire option outside is so nice. The price is right. We also enjoy the location—so close to Downtown Summerlin and all the local activities there and at the ...ballpark. We have easy access to the 215. We love the parking garage and its proximity to our apartment. We are able to unload our car efficiently and get in and out quickly, almost like having a personal garage. We also love the garbage chute right down the hall. Our hallways always smell fresh and the carpets are clean. We have a million dollar view of the Las Vegas valley, including the strip. It sparkles like a crown at night. The pool is ...the perfect temperature and I can get a good workout most any time of the day. We love the other activities provided in the common areas: pool, connect four game, game room, library. They are always having various gatherings and activities for those who are more social. We just used their maintenance dept. for the first time and it was very professional and efficient. We are happy with our choice.
