They provide wonderful opportunities for apartment living—a full gym, beautiful pool/spa/outdoor entrainment space, dog park, beautiful and functional clubhouse, and community areas in the buildings. We love our apt., views, and security we feel here. The app makes it easy to request maintainance help and pay the rent. We also love the accessibility of Downtown Summerlin and the ball park!
