        We have been living at Tanager since July, 2019. We love the location of this property. Our apartment fits us perfectly. The floor plan, design, and appliances are top notch. The amenities Tanager offers is an added bonus. Friendly and professional office staff and maintenance crew. It’s been a wonderful living experience for us.

        We have loved our 3 year experience at Tanager. They provide wonderful opportunities for apartment living—a full gym, beautiful pool/spa/outdoor entrainment space, dog park, beautiful and functional clubhouse, and community areas in the buildings. We love our apt., views, and security we feel here. The app makes it easy to request maintainance help and pay the rent. We also love the accessibility of Downtown Summerlin and the ball park! We are also close to three grocery stores. Tanager provides ...
        extra services (car wash) and social gatherings. It’s really a great community for us.
