    Staff is very nice, still have a few issues we are working thru, but look forward to the stay. The grounds are well maintained and feel safe for anyone to be outside. Amenities are classy and well maintained.

    Overall, I enjoy living here. I like the community events, amenities, and my apartment. With that said, I have been very disappointed by the maintenance request process. Many of the items we have put in requests for have not been addressed for months and there is no communication. I feel like nothing will get done unless I go Karen to the front office, but I would prefer not to have to do that.

    I really like everything about Tapestry. Great location. Staff is friendly. Great clubhouse with the workout area. The landscape is great and well maintained. Very peaceful. I did however get upset about the multiple pool closings. I only have 2 days a week to enjoy it, and it seemed to be closed on those days. Not the end of the world. Also I love to grill out. Really like the grill area. But, I have found that all 3 of the grills are not working properly. 3 new grills would go great with ...

    Tapestry is a clean, quiet apartment community with a great location as it is centrally located within the Greenville area and is close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail extension via Legacy Park. The property is well managed with responsive leasing and maintenance teams, and the grounds are well kept. The community also feels very safe. One thing that did not meet my expectations was the quality of appliances and fittings. I have stayed in two apartments at Tapestry and while the first was very well ...
    furnished with new / high-quality appliances and fittings, the second had a very low quality kitchen faucet, a bath tub that was not well supported underneath, and a laundry machine that didn't complete the spin cycle. This is not the quality of furnishings that I expected from a community of this caliber. Overall though it's one of the best apartment communities I've lived in and I would highly recommend.

    I've lived at The Tapestry since 2020, so I've seen quite a bit over the years — the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between. The management team has gone through quite a few changes, and with that have come both challenges and improvements. Like any community, there have been ups, downs, and all-arounds, but I’ve stuck with it because I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, and I’ve seen the effort that’s gone into making this a better place to live.     the experience has really shined — whether it was attentive staff, community events, or just the peaceful atmosphere.     We’ve been here a week and were welcomed with ants in the kitchen and den, a detached and broken dryer vent, shower that won’t drain, and valet has picked up our trash once. Maintenance has been working on emergency since we moved in, so they can’t come to fix anything - but our patience is appreciated… We also had an old water filter when we moved in, but after filing a request, waiting, and then going to the front office a very nice employee came to fix at least that. Hoping that this will ...

    Everyone has been so helpful and nice. It's been fantastic. Our care package on move in day was absolutely the greatest down to the hand written letter. The whole process was quick and easy. Probably one of, if not, the best communications I have received when moving into a new apartment.
