We've had a good experience overall as this is a great location, the community is generally clean, safe, and quiet, and the Tapestry team is generally responsive. Our apartment in particular has a lot of natural light and is probably the most sound-proofed apartment I've stayed in. That said, the appliances are generally low-quality, dated, and barely hanging on. Upon moving in, our kitchen faucet was barely usable, the drains were clogged, and the washing machine didn't work properly. ...
Maintenance visited in response to our requests, but it was difficult to have issues substantially resolved. Most notably, our washing machine has been unusable for going on three weeks now, and while the Tapestry team has responded to our repeated requests for support, we have not seen a coordinated or reassuring response showing that this would be resolved in a timely manner. We love the community and our apartment, but this aspect of the experience may cause us to question how long we will stay.

We just Moves into our apartment. Have noticed some things that need fixing. Hopefully they will get to them. Every one is so nice here, workers and the residents. Excited to take my dog to dogpark almost every day.

Staff is very nice, still have a few issues we are working thru, but look forward to the stay. The grounds are well maintained and feel safe for anyone to be outside. Amenities are classy and well maintained.

Overall, I enjoy living here. I like the community events, amenities, and my apartment. With that said, I have been very disappointed by the maintenance request process. Many of the items we have put in requests for have not been addressed for months and there is no communication. I feel like nothing will get done unless I go Karen to the front office, but I would prefer not to have to do that.

I really like everything about Tapestry. Great location. Staff is friendly. Great clubhouse with the workout area. The landscape is great and well maintained. Very peaceful. I did however get upset about the multiple pool closings. I only have 2 days a week to enjoy it, and it seemed to be closed on those days. Not the end of the world. Also I love to grill out. Really like the grill area. But, I have found that all 3 of the grills are not working properly. 3 new grills would go great with ...
all the work and new furniture that was done to the pool area. I understand it is hard to have a perfect place, things happen. That is why I stand with my 5 Star rating and we do tell people how much we enjoy living here. .
