Not a luxury apartment especially not for this price . Mold , a/c , privacy , pricing , utilities and amenities just doesn’t fit the description at all . I don’t feel like taravue park is an apartment if give a 3 or above star .

I’ve lived here for two years and have had a wonderful experience. The management staff is kind, responsive, and truly knowledgeable. Any time I submitted a maintenance request, it was addressed immediately—usually within 24 hours. They keep the grounds and buildings immaculately maintained, which makes it feel like a high-quality home rather than just a rental unit

The dog parks are not well kept. Owners do not pick up after their pets and the bricks are a tripping hazard. However, the living space is nice and the maintenance respond efficiently! The laundry room and pool is awesome! They even had a dog pool day! The payment app is also efficient.

First few days have noticed a few issues such as fridge not staying closed all the way and vent hood in kitchen is broken leading to smoke build up and fire alarms going off, but other than that everything is working fine

I do really enjoy almost everything about the complex. Good summer pool, well maintained grounds, and extremely quick services to fix issues. My only complaints are 1. Many people with dogs in the complex do not clean up after their dog in the park, forcing me to walk around it the few times my dog is here in STL. 2. The cabinets are covered in a white plastic that peels and makes the entire kitchen look subpar and cheaply made.
