However, the living space is nice and the maintenance respond efficiently! The laundry room and pool is awesome! They even had a dog pool day! September 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI do really enjoy almost everything about the complex. Good summer pool, well maintained grounds, and extremely quick services to fix issues. My only complaints are 1. Many people with dogs in the complex do not clean up after their dog in the park, forcing me to walk around it the few times my dog is here in STL. 2. The cabinets are covered in a white plastic that peels and makes the entire kitchen look subpar and cheaply made.Property Manager Responded
