September 24, 2025I do really enjoy almost everything about the complex. Good summer pool, well maintained grounds, and extremely quick services to fix issues. My only complaints are 1. Many people with dogs in the complex do not clean up after their dog in the park, forcing me to walk around it the few times my dog is here in STL. 2. The cabinets are covered in a white plastic that peels and makes the entire kitchen look subpar and cheaply made.Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2025We have lived here for going on 3 years. We don't talk to anyone and our neighbors barely look at us, yet this building seems to be social with everyone but us. I don't know what we did, but whatever. I enjoy my patio, grass, and wall.Review from Apartments.com

Neighbors are kind, no one seems to noisy, the staff is always ready to answer questions, when my ac went out last summer the staff came over bright and early on a Sunday morning to get it fixed in almost 100 degree weather!Review from Apartments.com
