  • An expensive dump

    September 5, 2023
    Do not trust a place that went as far as having their Google page removed to hide how people really feel about living here. This place was a dump, an expensive dump. My rent was going up HUNDREDS of dollars at lease renewal with zero improvements. I was able to find a 1600 sqft 2 bed/2 bath with a garage that is practically brand new for nearly 400 less than what my new rent would have been at Targhee, a quarter mile down the road. This place offered zero value and the neighborhood was trashy. ...
    The A/C was nice so that's why they get one star. I still can't believe they removed their google listing. Dishonest. Run.

  • Terrible management

    New management is horrible we got two feet of snow and they never even plowed the complex. My son almost broke his back doing it. They don’t fix anything they do absolutely nothing. Do not move in here.

We were thankful that our snow contractor brought in a second vendor to help stay on top of the 20" of snow. I'm sorry you feel as though the snow removal was not done fast enough.     It’s new management and they do absolutely nothing. Don’t fix anything and doesn’t keep the complex clean. Overpriced don’t move here
