The landscaping team keeps spraying it with herbicide, probably in an attempt to save on mowing cost. Residents store their junk in front of their doorstep. Some front entrances look like junk yards. Drying clothes hang on the patios and balconies, My appliances were so rusted that I had to buy my own fridge. I spent the first year with an infestation of cockroaches until I took the matters in my own hands and extensively sprayed at my own cost inside the walls. Residents are friendly on the whole, except for my upstairs neighbor. When my AC broke, it was replaced very quickly. Same with my shower head. Maintenance is quick. Management is responsive. But, it's a poor place, cheap and trashy, With a nice view but not all apartments have it..
