Trey, the manager, has been great! He’s always been super responsive to any issues. Very nice guy. The apartments are also a good size and all remodeled.

I have live here for several years and am quite comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has central air which is priceless to me. The only thing i do not like is they do not accept pets.
Its a quiet building with nice people.

Unlike other apartment,this is not a perfect apartment, not even a middle nice or good apt why During rainy seasons we have to move our beds coz theirs a leak on the roof & the water gets in. Even in the bathroom water drops on the ceilings, talked or called the office the MANAGER (Gina) told us we have to get an insurannce if something happened to our furnitures like bed if they get wet (nice advise ha), one time coz of our depression (water leaking)we did not pay on time just to show them ...
our frustation ..what happened they aharged us for $50 late fees. Well the good thing is they fixed it but still until now were suffering for this delima. This space is not enough to give all the complains, & worst experience we had not only me but the other tenants of this aprtment.
