Unhelpful staff
February 11, 2023Unhelpful staff. They do not take requests seriously. I didn't feel like the woman on the phone was actively trying to help me when I needed it. When she said she was going to transfer me to her Supervisor, I was ignored when I asked what the woman's name was. They kept me on hold for an extended period of time. October 17, 2017Great place to live! Amazing amenities, friendly staff and overall awesome atmosphere. It feels like you're living in a resort- every day! My favorite perks are free Starbucks coffee every day, heated pool open year round and the massive gym on site! I also love the dog park because it helps on colder days in the winter and fall. Great place to live
September 22, 2017My wife and I absolutely love living at Taylor House. We have lived here over a year and we couldn't be happier. The community has everything we could want. The pool is awesome during the summer, the club house is well maintained, and the staff is so accommodating. Our apartment is very nice and we have never had any issues. The gym. dog park, and coffee bar are all great perks. The community is always clean inside and out. August 1, 2016I have lived at Taylor House since it opened about 2 years ago. My roommate and I opted for a pool view, and if you see the pool you will understand why. The front office is very helpful and are great at holding packages so that they do not sit in the hallways. Maintenance is quick and friendly and there are crews constantly cleaning to keep the appearance up. The gym has just about anything someone needs to get a decent workout and tanning beds are kept clean. The best part, though is the ...pool. There are plenty of chairs and the pool is cleaned daily. There are also 2 great grills that are hard lined so there is no risk of being out of propane. The one complaint I have is noise and some neighbors can be rude. Resort feel, totally awesome!
August 23, 2015Taylor house is an escape within the metro area. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are in an all inclusive resort. From the popcorn in the media room, complimentary water, soda and Starbucks, large pool with 2 gas grills-once you are home you really don't need to leave! Very relaxing space, roomy apartments and responsive staff, this is the best apartment that I have lived in. I plan to definitely renew my lease!!.Review from Apartments.com
