I scheduled a tour arrived a little late but the staff was very understanding and welcoming. We went over my income to see if I would qualify unfortunately I didn’t very sad I really wanted to move here. The manager Shermia was a great help and the apartment was very cute.

I stopped at the new Starbucks and stumbled on to this place. Im not moving until January but Kat- lady at the leasing office showed me a 3bdrm. I only need a 2 but the apartment is huge. If I get one on the 3rd floor t with a $250.00 moving allowance. The fitness center is 24 hours, they have a WF police officer that lives on property and they have cameras that work!I think I may have found a place.

When we first moved here in 2013 we liked the manager. She left and Tia became the manger, since then we have had many problems. Our cable and internet was turned off without notice and when confronted about it she was rude and it took forever to get it back on because apparently they lost the keys to open the box. It was a nice dated community back in 2013 that kept all the riffraff out but now they let anyone in. We have personally seen drug deals in the parking lot. The courtesy officer is ...

basically non existent. We called 3 separate times to report very loud disturbances from neighbors very early in the morning and he never answered. They don't enforce any rules or regulations that they set such as picking up after your pets and leaving cigarette butts everywhere. They pretty much are just like the other trash apartments in the area with a gate around it. Oh and the gate, well it may or may not work but it doesn't matter cuz the riffraff will go thru the other side anyways.

There really nice but they have a new manager.They stop taking care of everything there is a light out on the top of the stairs that has been out for 4 or 5 months. The gates are nice to keep security but they never work constantly broken.
