I initially leased here due to competitive rent pricing, high quality gym, and well-maintained property. However, several issues emerged after move-in. The maintenance staff are very incompetent and complete very low quality work. To give one example, both my bathtub and bathroom sink began backing up after only a week. I showed the maintenance guy this, and he looked at me and said "that's good." I had to argue with him that, in fact, this was an issue that needed to be fixed. Additionally, ...
there were TWO fires here in a timespan of four months. The alarm DID NOT GO OFF in either case, and management was slow to respond to both. The first fire took out several amenities (including the gym) and our rent was not adjusted accordingly. After the second fire I requested to be released from my lease, and I got a response that I would need to be out within 48 hours, which is unreasonable. On top of all this, upon moveout they are trying to charge me for carpet cleaning when I left the carpet in pristine condition. I do NOT recommend leasing with this company.
