      I love Tenison at White Rock. It’s peaceful and clean and the staff is always nice from the office people to the maintenance workers.

      Office staff is exceptional! Maintenance crew is supportive and quick. Foundation and infrastructure of buildings are not safe in some areas.

      Rosemary and Myra are the most amazing people from the office. They’re very welcoming with open arms when I first move in year ago back in 2025 I even transferred to different unit they are just the best always on top of their work. Make sure always ask your questions they’ll be honest a that’s just very important maintenance here are great as well get the work done within hrs never had issues. Apartment complex is well maintained and has nice pool always being cleaned out once a week.

      Very cute little apartment community. I think the morning traffic that congests LaVista Dr on the way out could be improved. Fund another road so that residents aren't stuck and parents arent having to walk through all of those cars with their kids.

      Tension at white rock is a good/quiet community to live at. The management is amazing and so is the maintenance team. It’s always clean and the people here are very friendly. I’ve never had any problems at all living here which is why I renewed my lease again.
