Very Disappointed
March 12, 2024Unfortunately, this apartment is shady. I've been renting for years and years and have loved seeing new parts of the DFW area, however, the hassle with this place has spoiled this experience for me. They are super cheap and will do whatever it takes to get the revenue from their respective tenants. Do not rent here. There are more professional and better options in the area than this Madera Residential property.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2021Thanks to Graystar‘s management that took over about a month ago tennis in at White rock has been one of the most enjoyable places to live. Their prompt maintenance issues as well as making sure all common areas are well cleaned and safe for common use has been such a blessing.
