Tera Vera is not a bad place to live - but as a resident since May 26, 2021 we have found that it isn't as they promise. Their ads say that all your needs are taken care of - you don't even need to change a light bulb. Well, that hasn't been the case; they dont even stock lightbulbs. Same with refrigerator filters. Most of the work orders we have submitted have been completed only because after so long, we ended up finding a way to take care of things ourselves. Property management lacks ...
consistency. In our seven months we are on our fourth manager. Some of the other residents seem to lack basic common sense while walking their dogs. Instead of taking their dogs to the dog park or walking them down the street, they instead walk across the back yard right up against our screened porch or across the front yard, not more than five feet from our covered front porch. It feels like an invasion of our privacy. Management's response - it's community property.
