too expensive
December 12, 2019Pros- close to freeway and walking distance to Trader Joe's. Decent size unit and no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Cons -At the end of each lease, rent is increased by a minimum of $200. No utilities included anymore. water & garbage cost almost a $100/month. School district is Hayward which sucks!! Paper thin walls, you can hear your next door neighbor sneezing.Review from Apartments.com
Management is non-existent
June 24, 2019Apparently there is management here but good luck ever getting a response from them. We had a flooding emergency at 3am one night, our downstairs bathroom, as well as the neighbors, started flooding. I called emergency maintenance and they didn't send anyone over to clean the water until 10am the next morning. During this flooding, it ruined our water heater so we had them come by and fix it. In the process of fixing our water heater, the maintenance guy put a hole in our wall as well as ...destroyed our mop and broom trying to clean up after himself. We took pictures and let "management" know, but to this day no one has come by to fix it and this happened 6 months ago. I should also mention that the flooding is a yearly issue. Gate noise is excel and management is non responsive
January 18, 2019Gate noise is very loud and disruptive all day and night. I have made appointments to discuss and made calls but they have cancelled our appointment, and never called back. In 6 months there has been no resolution. Horrible Neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
