Beware in the summer
June 17, 2025Seems great until your air conditioner breaks. Then you'll go through weeks of them gaslighting you telling you it works fine while you continuously send proof that it's 88 degrees every night. They would not put us in a liveable apartment in the mean time and they would not compensate the offer $400 electric bill we got for the AC working overtime to try to cool the place. In addition, I went to the office to discuss it and the worker was sitting there with the door locked ignoring everyone. ...They denied it even though it was on camera.They eventually fixed the AC, but it was hot for the whole month of July. Other than that there's not good noise insulation, but the apartment itself is spacious for a reasonable amount of rent.Property Manager Responded

May 2, 2024Nice and spacious apartments. Large parking spaces. Noise volume is good. It’s not a noisy area during the day or night . A train passes by about once a night or so but it’s not for long. The train isn’t a big deal. Overall, great apartments to live in!Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2024The only things thats semi okay with the apartment it the outside look of it . Everything kinda sucks drawers coming out so easily and all they tell you is " there's nothing we can do that its a old apartment ". Shower rods put in half fast. The quality of the apartment isnt really worth the money. Especially since they add on extra fees and payments with your knowledge like 150$ more.Property Manager Responded
