Great Location but I fear the AC bill in summer

I did a tour a few weeks ago in the photos the green areas looked great shade for us to sit with the kids and get here go on tour no trees or dead trees. The windows are plastic not even double paned glass. I know they are old but for real this is arizona 115 in the summer.
Also charging for a parking spot and a storage came to about $100 um most places included a covered parking and storage. Ended up renting a house instead, but tera vida is a good location front office people seemed nice.
