I like living in here despite some minor inconveniences The environment is very good. lots of trees, nice to walk around, pet friendly, and people are nice. The living place is simple yet elegant, very cozy, and having your own garage is a big plus to me. They sometimes will host some interesting events, and I enjoy them. However, the policy is what I don't like, too many tedious rules. For example, It requires residents to move their cars every 3 days, and they will put a sticker on your car to ...
warn you if you don't. They also shut down the car washing station due to some policy. Luckily, they start to chill down a bit and won't put stickers on your car every now and then.. Overall I would say the living experience is better than most apartments out there.
