March 20, 2025I'm happy to report that my experience at Terra continues to be very positive. During the winter, we had a few issues with our heating, and it refused to work. Thankfully, management and maintenance did take it very seriously and worked on it diligently. They went so far as to replace the heating element to ensure the issue was fixed. Mr. Charles and Meagan are very communicative on updates of the property or any resources you may need, they make sure their residents are well taken care of. January 19, 2025Our stay at Terra has been very positive the past few years we've lived here. Most recently, we had an issue early in the winter where our heating was not working. It was the first time we turned it on during the year, so it caught us by surprise. We were happy to see that, after we put in a maintenance request, Terra fixed our issue the next day. Overall, the complex is on top of our needs and takes effort to make sure things are running smoothly, which we appreciate. We would definitely ...recommend this complex.Property Manager Responded
