They are very unprofessional, they do not take care of the issues they cause, my building was evacuated from carbon monoxide for days due to the negligence of them. There's no water 60% of the day, no heat for months in the winter

Complain about hot water

I live at the terrace court and the landlord is very bad at getting work orders out. Responding to issues at the apartment is never met or fixed when they are reported. I am a dialysis patient and i have been here since July of 2018. I called to day to complain about no hot water in my bathroom.
