I am in a unit that faces the tree line and it is more like country than city. I like that the neighbors of my building is what that Mr. Roger's song describes as neighbor! I am so glad that I moved in, and plan on being here until I buy a house. Would recommend to anyone,

Whenever you have a problem maintenance is usually there the next day. Very convenient walk to Kroger and walking the bike path itself. Stacy is so nice and very pleasant to be around.

I have lived at Terrace Creek for 5years. I started living here in May of 2010. In 2011 I took over as Manager and ran the property for a year. I handed it off to my sister,(who did a great job until she found another job. That just got the ball rolling. After she left, we got a new Manager and Maintenance. They honestly are the best thing that ever happened to this property. Who says you can't turn the worst property in town into one of the best? Not me because it happened thanks to all of their ...
