Affordable and quiet!

February 18, 2020My move in was easy and I must say it was a hour long lease signing but I see why! they explained everything in detail which was great, and they answered all my questions. I left knowing exactly what I signed. On the day I moved in the staff was very help full and even offered my coffee. My apartment is exactly what I was looking for !! DO NO MOVE HERE
August 21, 2019If you like having regular company.... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will think your company is living here and hassle you about added them to the lease and you can’t explain nothing to them cause they do not care YOU CAN ONLY HAVE GUEST 7 days out the month ... and they tow car with the quickness.... THEY TOW CARS IMMEDIATELY... there is no visitor parking ... even though they say they do they don’t your friends car will still get towed and they do not care .... I’m talking tow truck ride through ...the parking lots constantly. The neighbors are loud and noisy and smoke weed all day outside but they don’t care about that they only care about who you have in YOUR HOUSE THAT YOU PAY RENT FOR! WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!
July 20, 2019The front lady is incredibly rude. Management is lazy. They have rotting wood. They don’t fix or clean anything they just paint over it. When I moved in my shower had hair that was painted over. Bathrooms have mold in them that they just paint over. They are infested with ants. The ants come out of the outlets in the wall. When I mentioned the problem to management it took them a week to get someone to my apartment and all they did was lay down powder on the edges of my wall. Knowing I had a dog ...that could potentially lick it up and get sick. I went 6 months with a not working burner before they actually replaced my stove. I complained over 6 times about it and it took the manager from the office to come with the repair man to my apartment to believe me. My cupboards don’t close because all of the measurements are off When I moved in the light fixtures had mounds of dead bugs and they even left food in the cupboards Sidewalks are uneven and hazardous especially when it’s dark.
