Great decks w/wonderful views.

Laundry facilities non-existent. There is a tiny, dirty, laundry room but it's mostly kept locked. When I moved in the laundry room was available to residents but more recently the machines have consistently been broken into & made unavailable. A security camera installed in the laundry room might be helpful in seeing the residents who break into the machines. No smoking also not enforced.
