January 31, 2021El servicio muy malo a todas horas ay problemas con todo los de la oficina nunca contestan el personal de mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia solo en el teléfono pasan pero cuando se les llama no contestan ay problemas de cucarachas los aires viejos no sirven las puertas y ventanas sin sellar así que sea calor o frío el aire se siente adentro las lavadoras ay 8 de ellas 2 o 3 sirven las demás nada y las secadoras no calientan nada así que para una lavada ay que pasar horas esperandoReview from Apartments.com
Not worth the rent
March 30, 2018I wrote a much longer review explaining in detail the issues here. To sum up: Roach problem, no management on site (can't tow when someone randomly parks in your space), old galvanized water pipes (so much rust!), water is turned off without notice, the people in office don't answer phones and the mailbox is always full, neighborhood is bad. August 15, 2015This should your last resort! I've been here two years in february the rec room have never been open; there id 8 washer and dryers for over 30 apartment (on this side)multi family with kids in a one bedroom (i really understand time are really hard. We are regrouping but i can afford the whole rent if dhe ever dosent hsve her part. And we live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath; they never pressure wash parking lot you're force to wslk tgriugh and this last issue carefully there is rust all the you have to ...run and the water pressure is the worst we shower and bath in one bath.
