Repairs Are Not Done
February 19, 2026We were told our unit was move in ready. The place had not been cleaned at all, there were holes in the garage walls, The whole apartment needed to be repainted and was not. The bathroom faucet was barely attached, all windows in every room and the bathroom sink and bathrub needed to be recaulked. The doors were damaged and filthy. Reaching out to get repairs done as we are finding more the longer we are there and receive no response. This townhome was no where close to being move in ready. July 17, 2024Just moved in. There were many issues, included musty smelling basement, and the whole apartment being filthy from the old tenant. AVOID. The leasing office ignores every single message I have sent about the condition of the place.Review from Apartments.com
