September 19, 2025The maintenance team member repaired the problem--water leaking from the ceiling in the cardio express room. The run-off was at first collected in a receptacle. April 4, 2025I wasn't sure if I would enjoy apartment living, as I've lived in my own home for over 25 years but was a victim of the Eaton Canyon Fire. However, Terraces at Paseo Colorado did not disappoint. I feel very comfortable here and the atmosphere is very comfortable with positive energy. Most importantly, I feel safe and that's what matters to me the most. Most apartments that I've lived in prior, always had loud noises from the above floor or next door. I hear absolutely nothing and the ...temperature is very comfortable. I don't even need to turn the T-Stat on. Great management, great maintenance and great apartment.Property Manager Responded
