Horrible apartments

No security Gates of entrance always broken Homeless people go inside the apartment buildings using the bathroom in the stairs of the apartments no cámaras and management always trying to find excuses to fix all these problems If I had the chance to change the stars I’ll do 0 horrible apartments

No hot water, broken doors

I do not recommend living in this apartment complex. My building has not had hot water for 3 weeks and management doesn’t even have any information on when it will be fixed. My door lock was broken when I moved in and it took them over a week to fix that. The buildings are in poor condition and the apartment complex does not bother to fix issues.

They don’t fix anything we have two pools and they both sit green all the time they price gouge by charging ppl two times the rent if they are late a day that’s two month rent in one month .I went to get a money order for my rent and while printing the money order the computer froze so they had to put the money back on my card meaning I wouldn’t get my rent money until that money went back on the card so they are charging us 2000 dollars for being a few days late something I could not control I ...

presented the copy of the money order and they don’t care no wonder there are so many homeless

Their windows are outdated. When it snows it comes in from the windows. There are gun shots every night. They do not have dishwashers or laundry facilities

I've been here for several months now and upon requesting for maintenance on multiple occasions! Nothing has been done. I've also requested to speak to management yet little to nothing has been done to improve on basic orders and repairs. I have also called to follow up but, no one can help resolve the problem(s)..which leads me and fellow tenants to do our own maintenance.
