I have really enjoyed living here! The homes are modern and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint is that the pool area can be messy at times.

Experience with the community management team has been amazing! Would be great if residents could have access to the clubhouse/coworking space 24/7. Also map of community was mislead us to thinking there were 2 entry/exit points-would love to be able to exit through phase one

If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its residents, Tessa is it. From day one, everyone has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. They don’t just manage a community—they build one. The staff treats everyone with kindness and respect, never singling anyone out, and genuinely wants neighbors to feel like family. When our air conditioning wasn’t working after we moved in, they immediately brought us portable A/C units, worked overtime to get everything fixed, ...
and continued checking on us to make sure we were comfortable till they can fully resolve the problem. That level of care meant so much to our family. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and full of kids playing and neighbors walking their dogs. It’s a place where people feel safe, connected, and valued. It’s rare to find a community where management truly shows up for its residents, but that’s exactly what we’ve found at Tessa. We couldn’t be happier to call it home!

There are only a few things I wish were different. One I wish there was a playground for the smaller kids to have something to do and I think the pool steps railing should extend to the edge of the pool. Having to step down I to the pool without it is actually not safe. I have broken my knee and had a knee replacement and unless I have someone to help me in, I am unable to get in which means I also can’t take my child.
