Experience with the community management team has been amazing! Would be great if residents could have access to the clubhouse/coworking space 24/7. Also map of community was mislead us to thinking there were 2 entry/exit points-would love to be able to exit through phase one

There are only a few things I wish were different. One I wish there was a playground for the smaller kids to have something to do and I think the pool steps railing should extend to the edge of the pool. Having to step down I to the pool without it is actually not safe. I have broken my knee and had a knee replacement and unless I have someone to help me in, I am unable to get in which means I also can’t take my child.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Tessa Shallowford since moving to Gainesville. When I first leased my townhome, Talonda made the entire process seamless. I was relocating from out of state, and she went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide a thorough virtual tour, and make me feel comfortable every step.
