One I wish there was a playground for the smaller kids to have something to do and I think the pool steps railing should extend to the edge of the pool. Having to step down I to the pool without it is actually not safe. I have broken my knee and had a knee replacement and unless I have someone to help me in, I am unable to get in which means I also can’t take my child.Property Manager Responded

I was relocating from out of state, and she went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide a thorough virtual tour, and make me feel comfortable every step. Since moving in, Casey and Destiny have both been incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, Casey has been quick to respond and eager to help, and Destiny has always ...been kind and supportive as well. The staff here genuinely care about residents, and it shows. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet and peaceful the community is. The property is well-maintained, and I’ve really enjoyed living here. Overall, I love living at Tessa Shallowford.
