I enjoyed my time living at 505 Walnut Apartments. The location was convenient, and the apartment itself was comfortable and met my needs well. The property was generally quiet, and I appreciated having a place that felt like home during my residency.
One of the things I valued most was the sense of community and the convenience of being close to work, shopping, and other local amenities. The apartment offered good living space, and I made many positive memories there.

This apartment is amazing. I'm in a university studio and it's very spacious. The rooms are definitely not equal in size, but I lucked out with a big one. The amenities are nice but not amazing. For example, there are little annoyances like the shades being cheap and easily broken and the lack of counter space. As for the other services in the apartment, it's so nice to have a gym but it is small and some machines are broken. I injured myself and had to use the shuttle which like for most of the ...
things in the 505 are MOSTLY reliable. I would recommend people to live here. We had a run in with disrespectful neighbors but that's not a fair generalization for the apartment as a whole. I've only submitted one maintenance request, and it was taken care of very fast.

Resident experience thus far has been mostly what I expected. Only items that were slightly surprising was the size of the gym and the WiFi not working in the workspace downstairs.

Great place to stay! Only bad thing is the shuttle schedule from campus is a bit unreliable sometimes. Front desk people are not so nice. But apartment itself is great! Just a heads up- doesn’t come with a tv.

The kitchen was very small for 4 people, there were issues with the Wi-Fi, and the thermostat fluctuated between hot and cold sometimes. The other amenities were fine.
