Do not live here unless you have to
December 15, 2021Let’s just start at the beginning. The managing was great the first month there but since then, it has gone down rapidly. They had to replace our brand new toilet the first week we were there because 6 apartments were connected to the same sewage line and someone on our line broke their toilet. The next thing to happen is the light cover in my kitchen fell on my while I was washing dishes, I am fine and did not get hurt. But when that happened, it broke my cabinet. During that time, they were ...dealing with sewage issues again and had flooded the entire back green of the apartment so I couldn’t get either issues fixed until 3 days later. The roach infestation is still aweful dispute never leaving food or dishes out. When the town had a marathon down Greenland drive, we had no warnings about NOT BEING ABLE TO LEAVE FOR WORK until almost 11am! I’ve had issues with my door since moving in that they have yet to come and fix. And don’t count on management to ever be in the office during their business hours or for the mail room to ever be unlocked on time when you need it to be. March 25, 2021Since the day I applied to move into(campus villa)which is now! 902. I’ve seen nothing but Renovations non stop.Management is nice an understandable but also get the job done an take care of there tenants.campus villa is the past.but 902 is the future home...they have done a excellent job.Review from Apartments.com
New Management
February 4, 2021New management has been here now just over 2 months. What a dramatic difference. Renovations to the outside and inside are going on. They have addressed the bug issue and continue weekly treatments to make sure they do not come back. The updated apartments look amazing and you cant beat the price. Not for students
October 1, 2020This is low income housing that happens to be near MTSU. theres bad neighbors that are loud, and antagonistic, roaches, broken utilities, mold, and dirty apartments. Cops are called here, and they patrol the parking lot everyday. The front desk will not do a thing for you once youve signed the papers. Ive been robbed while living here, and they refused to break my lease when i had, had enough. Theyll hold onto your deposit as hard as they can, wont fix anything that goes wrong, and the free wifi ...they offer doesnt even work and my apartment window was directly over one of the routers. I cannot stress enough how bad the roach problem is, i would kill several a day bought my own traps and poisons, and poisons, never had food in the apartment, and still if i brought back some fast food the roaches would try to crawl on it while i was trying to eat it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 26, 2017Don’t move into this place! It’s infested with roaches, management dosent do anything to help you out, they spray once a month but it’s been on going for over 10 years now. So much crime, police are always their, the pool has not even been up and running this year, no volleyball court, the WiFi dosent work, concrete walls. So you never get phone service. People throw trash everywhere. The maintenance men take months to fix anything in your apartment, unless your floor is flooded. Don’t trust ...anything the managers say, and record every conversation you have with them. Unless you want roaches, and a filthy place to live.
