Definitely a decent spot if you’re in between living situations but between the bugs, water always off because something is broken, and their constant inability to return a message or phone call. It’s a waste of money sadly. You’re always told if you have issues contact them, then when you do they either don’t respond or drag their feet. Honestly consider this apartment as your last resort.

If you want one of the best places to live for you and your family in a quiet neighborhood with a great apartment, staff, then this is not the place for you. The management here has their heads up their asses. They cannot even handle simple tasks like returning phone calls or giving you any respect. Multiple break-ins and cars stolen. They do not inform the community about this, and keep it all hidden within themselves. Apartments have mold and cockroaches galore. They will not answer to these ...

Hello
I just encounter the worst customer services ever. The website says that on summer hours is from 9-6 pm. I got to the place at 5:36 and the manager never acknowledged my visit. She keep talking to a friend until 5:46 and then told me that she is closed even thou the hours are until 6pm. She even argue with me what was my time of arrival. She also says she can't show the apartment 30 mins before closing with a really bad attitude. Anyways they won't get a penny from me. I won't waste my ...

these people switch office personnel every month, felisitas the manger likes to add additional charges and when you question her she becomes defensive and threatens to evict you. my rent is supposed to be 1049 but somehow it's jumped up to 1200 every month, roaches, maintenance doesnt do anything!

am to this day. Everyone in the complex is great, not a lot of noise. Every now and then the neighbors might throw a party but even then its nothing crazy. The staff is amazing. If you have a problem they are taking care of it right away. I myself have not had anything major come up besides needing to get the water line on my fridge fixed because it had dirt in the line so my ice was dirty. I travel a lot for work, and I will even call in and ask them to go check and make sure everything in the apartment is ok because sometimes I'm gone for 2 or 3 weeks, its done no questions asked. If your looking for a great place to live in Houston you could not ask for a better spot than this place.

This community is well maintained and the management and maintenance staff is exceptional. Upgrade repairs are constant but this is what will plummet this community to the top. It is a pet community and all tenants adhere to the rules of "Pet" care and in turn this allows the children to "Play" in the "green" areas without having to worry about unhealthy conditions due to pets. It is a great community for the price -

We have been residents since August 2014. Kudos to the property manager, her staff and maintenance for doing a great job for the community. They go above and beyond the call of duty to keep us their residents satisfied. The surroundings are well-kept, maintenance and service issues are addressed promptly. They even throw parties for the residents and send out advisories (weather, security etc.) so you know that they are very much involved and concerned with what is happening in the neighborhood.

The abbey as treated us very kind and with lots of love. We are a small young family moving from south Jersey to Houston,Tx our move in date is Aug27th. This complex is cared for by the staff by being transparent with all tenants. The location is great as you have 1960/290 and 249 within minutes to any direction of what Houston has to offer.
