October 29, 2016Obviously super old complex, but you get what you pay for. I think it's perfect. I love my apartment with the granite and stainless steel appliances. The inside is very nice and I actually feel safe throughout the complex. The apartment itself is an A . The office staff on the other hand. My application had to be ran twice because idk. I started with kimberly then a month went by and i had not heard anything. When i go in i was told to ask for karen because she is the one who does it " Kimberly ...doesn't know how to add someone to a lease"? she doesn't work on gate remotes? My gate code...... i went in 5 times and 2 times the assistant said i had to wait for karen to do it. After calling and calling it was finally done. I am just curious other than the property manager who is actually very nice and always happy and karen who apparently runs the office because no one else knows how to do anything what do the other 2 ppl do? BTW you can't charge late fees to anyones account after the 15th per the lease contract page one and paragraph 6. I LOVE my apartment nut the only thing that will keep me from renewing is the staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place
June 22, 2016I've lived here almost a year and I love this place. Super safe and close to everything(grocery,shopping, and parks.) Me and my wife love this property it's extremely kid friendly and close to school for our 8 and 15 year old girls. Quick maintenance and the girls in the office are super. Very nice to feel appreciated as a resident, my wife and I actually want to renew our lease for a change. Great job girls keep it up!Review from Apartments.com
Great Place
September 23, 20152b/2b From the start this place has been great. Master bath is a bit tiny and closets arent large but the renovations are done very well and parking is pretty good(no issues while here). Had a little issue proving to the staff that our a/c wasn't working at full potential but when finally getting them to review the apartment at the correct time, they noticed what we had been noticing when the issue started.
