Renters beware
November 17, 2025Me and my husband have rented for all of our adult lives. We have never had a property management team be so uncaring and disinterested in our experience. All they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of you.Review from Apartments.com
Everything Is Broken
December 31, 2024They will find ways to bill you beyond rent, for “amenities” no one even uses. The elevators are always broken, cars are broken into (no surveillance cameras) and the stairways are disgusting. I would recommend staying farrrr away.Review from Apartments.com
Beware they don’t care about honoring their lease
November 11, 2024Lived here since early 2023, started in midrise 4th floor the first 6 months until the constantly broken elevator caused us to transfer to a townhome.townhome view was nice and that was about it. Issues with maintenance, communication and safety. Lease states deposit will be refunded 30days or sooner once move out happens, almost 40 days later still no refund. Told can take 50-60 days. Make no mistake...
August 26, 2022The apartments are nice, but you are no more than dollar signs to them. (There are hidden fees everywhere.) Although we enjoyed the feeling of a "quiet neighborhood," that illusion stops once you're inside the walls. We could hear our neighbor's Alexa, alarms, and even people walking through the hallways. The way the staff treats you really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Throughout the touring and application process they were very kind and professional, but once you become a tenant ...everything changes. Your emails are ignored, and if you visit the office they treat your presence like an interruption or annoyance. They. Do. Not. Care. About. You. Ok overall experience - Could make a lot better
August 2, 2019The apartment complex is ok with nice view and calm.. Here comes the but 1) Parking spots are too narrow 2) Walls are to narrow - side walls, ceiling and floor. Unfortunately we were on second floor. Our kid was too small to make any noise(less than 1.5 years) but apparently that noise also bothered our downstairs neighbor and she kept banging up.. fortunately she vacated after 10 months into the stay and there was no more banging despite my kid grew up to more than 2. But we could hear loud ...sounds from our upstairs and neighbors beside. we never banged though 3) Staff is more often rude than nice. I always felt that despite me paying higher rent, I am also paying to get attitude from them 4) Some more the small thing made it really irritating ... They stopped accepting paper checks which was ok if they could allow online payments .. they allowed online payments but it was not free...at this advanced age of online transactions who would charge for online payments.. we at the time of lease are mandated to take renters insurance from the mandated company .. the benefit they say is no deposit ..ok I thought at least I don't have to forgo anything at the end of the lease .. but they charged me like $150 bucks for some spots on medicine cabinet, refrigerator and others .. and I asked who charges $15-$30 for these items .. they showed photos of those spots .. it didn't know whether to laugh or cry..next small thing .. apparently they don't want to accept packages at the leasing office ..which is fine it is their right ..but they mandated us extra dollars to outsource that task to some other company.. why would I pay for their outsourcing or reduction in workRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice Apartment
April 15, 2019I am moving from Colorado to Texas for a new job and this past Sunday I made it my business to visit the property to get feel for things. I drove around the community and saw the beautiful lake and the nice apartments. I decided to go inside to see if it was possible for me to rent an apartment soon. I was greeted by Devin and from that moment on I have been excited about turning in my paperwork. He was able to show me an apartment he has been very detailed oriented he answered EVERY question I ...had. He explained everything about the property, from the maintenance of the property, pest control to trash pickup. He made me feel as if I was already home. His professionalism and warm tone was always nice and welcoming. I didn't feel rushed to ask questions or if I was a bother. He took his time to explain everything to me. Even when I left the property and had questions I called and he was still just as warm and inviting as in person. He really has a true calling for helping people. The property is awesome the pool area was clean and looks great. I will be renting here with no questions asked. Thanks again Devin you are truly appreciated.Property Manager Responded

End of Lease
April 12, 2019This is a really nice complex to live in, there are plenty of food places around :), the lake is nice especially at night, everyone is pretty friendly around the pool, the media room is convenient & the indoor basketball court is a nice feature if you have older kids. My lease is ending soon and although I haven't decided if I'm leaving or staying I will definitely recommend this place, here is why. Valerie was here when I first moved in and she did everything in her power to make it an easy ...move, now that she is gone Devin has been perfectttt. He is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and quick to get onto any issues or concerns you're having. When I put my 60 day notice in they were very nice to me still and tried to accommodate all of the requests I had, to make a decision to stay (which has me leaning towards staying)!Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional Property Director
April 8, 2019I toured the property a couple of days ago, the leasing staff was very friendly; however, the property director (I think her name is Sandra) kept interrupting and her disposition was extremely unfavorable. I have no idea why or how an individual could attain this position being such an extremely rude and boorish behavior. I was completely turned off by her behavior. I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I won’t be leasing here strictly because of Sandra.Property Manager Responded
