WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED!!!
January 25, 2023There was mold in the apartment and all they do is paint over it. There was horrible odors from other apartments and they did nothing about it. There was water pooling outside my back door and made stains on patio which made it not usable. I never sat out there. The management staff is horrible, rude, disrespectful to me and my family when I ask for help for issues. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I would not recommend anyone staying there and so happy when I moved. The management ...staff is so unprofessional that they talk over me when I call, the corporate office is no better. Management Staff is terrible!!!
May 19, 2021Lived here for a long time. Management does not care about people, they'll try to rip you off every chance they get. The assistant manager's are terribly rude and will not try to help. A word of appreciation for some of the maintenance staff - they are nice. But the folks in the front office really couldn't care less. In case you don't find a better place, this should be your last option. You will survive!Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2020Sold my home of over eight years, I had an apartment fall through luckily from property issues. Victoria of the leasing team was courteous, helpful, informative, got the paperwork started and ball rolling in minutes. Weight lifted and mind at ease, thanks for working Saturdays and having fantastic customer service skills. Had a rough week from post office, storage, and realtors with zero customer service skills. BAD place to rent.
February 8, 2017We rented here for three years, and we are sorry for it! They look for any scheme to get money from you (e.g. valet garbage service). Management is horrible. They act like they are doing you a favor when your the paying customer. They ripped us off on our water bill, charging us double for several months until I checked the water meter, and realized they were using the wrong meter readings (we never received back payment for this, which was over $200).
