April 15, 2024The academic is a beautiful community with many special features, I personally enjoy that the community is kept clean and most importantly safe- there is limited building access to non residents and security patrols at night. (Safety was one of my priorities) the gym is top tier and was also a priority. All in all it’s a great communityProperty Manager Responded
