The academic is a beautiful community with many special features, I personally enjoy that the community is kept clean and most importantly safe- there is limited building access to non residents and security patrols at night. (Safety was one of my priorities) the gym is top tier and was also a priority. All in all it’s a great community

The Academic is a great mid rise apartment complex in Dallas. The property management team is top-tier, the facilities are always spotless, and the residents are great. The Golf Simulator is a huge PLUS!

Would be a beautiful complex if it was better and managed and cleaned more often. The constant break-ins and car thefts are also discomforting.

Great place to live! It’s brand new and clean. Lots of good storage space, good views of downtown, however it’s pretty pricey! other tenants seem friendly and the staff is pretty welcoming.

Choosing the academic was a no brainer. Management staff is helpful, kind and approachable. Malik, one of the leasing agents was knowledge and gave a great tour experience. Property is well kept. I feel secure, safe and I love the amenities. Application and move in process was easy. I love being a resident here.

The Academic is by far my favorite complex to live in! The leasing staff are phenomenal and very attentive. The gym and pool are unmatched and I am absolutely loving it here! I will definitely be recommending this community to my friends!

Moving across the country with a 14-hour drive is hard, but our welcome to The Academic was very warm. Our choice to make The Academic home has already been a great one.
