Inconsistent and Unsafe

Most recent frustration: friend arrived late on Memorial Day night and parked in front of my building as there were no open guest spaces but plenty of regular spaces and he had a lot of luggage. When we went out in the morning, his car had been towed. It was towed at 5:26 am. By contrast, a boat was parked in the complex for over 2 weeks before the office emailed everyone asking it to be moved. It took months to repair a lighting issue that posed a safety hazard and the fix isn’t always reliable ...
as the lights are still sometimes out. The walking gates sometimes work and sometimes don’t without any explanation. Because they pick and choose when to enforce certain things, there’s no rhyme or reason. Theft is a recurring issue here. The staff are nice but nice doesn’t cover the towing fee I just paid or help me feel safe in this community
