Great apartment units, overall very friendly staff. A couple not so friendly staff members and constant elevator issues. I would recommend the building at its price point

The good location is pet friendly, nice lobby and gym room. I like the subway station is right under the building. A lot of nice restaurants around here,

Friendly neighbors and a wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the Livingston building requires a significant update. The elevators stained, torn and typically not working properly. They let go of all their in house painters, so it takes a long time to have repair work done. The weekly hot water and water pressure issues don’t help.

I enjoy living here. I like that there is events for adults and kids. Biggest downside is the elevator on the livingston side is non functional often.

Its a hidden gem in downtown Brooklyn. Highly recommend as a place to park yourself in the area. Great ammenities in the area and access to all of the local benefits.

I made my first year living here at the Addison, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! The neighbor is great, easy to get to all the shops and food. I am surrounded by all transportation. So easy to get into the city.

Good coffee neighborhood, pet friendly, you can see a lot of dogs walking around with a smile. Easy yo access to everything, I really like the subway just in downstairs.

I cannot believe that it’s already going to be almost 1 year that I moved to The Addison! The best decision I made. I love that I’m literally only steps from the train, I’ve saved 20 minutes on my commute to work. I love that I don’t have to go outside to do laundry ?? and I have a gym in the building, what more can I ask for. I really love living here.

Since moving in, staff has been nothing but helpful and kind. Facilities are great, elevators may be slow at times, but the building is quick to notify residents of any current maintenance issues. As for my apartment, nothing better than south facing sunlight during the chilly winter.

I like the neighborhood, it is friendly and so convenient to go anywhere. The subway is good, location is amazing. Coffee shops around here and I like it very much.
