March 9, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comFriendly neighbors and a wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the Livingston building requires a significant update. The elevators stained, torn and typically not working properly. They let go of all their in house painters, so it takes a long time to have repair work done. The weekly hot water and water pressure issues don’t help.Property Manager Responded

I love that I’m literally only steps from the train, I’ve saved 20 minutes on my commute to work. Facilities are great, elevators may be slow at times, but the building is quick to notify residents of any current maintenance issues. As for my apartment, nothing better than south facing sunlight during the chilly winter.
