  • Noisy and Unsafe.

    Incredibly noisy. People are blaring music all around the property at all times. Management shows no concern regarding the noise level, they do nothing to resolve the problem. You will hear bass every single night. Police show up every weekend. Cars doing burnouts in the parking lot. Cars being broken into. Management even sends out emails reminding tenants to take items out of their car. Extremely disruptive and unsafe environment, would avoid at all costs.

    The property is new, however most of amenities they list are not available. They are spending a lot time on getting the pool ready, however you don’t need the pool until summer . I think some of the other things should been completed first . There is no 24 access, not sure when it will be . No update given to residents on when these things will be available . Dumpster located in bad place . No resident activities yet. I came from such a great property, I guess I was spoiled . We are here to pay ...
    rent, that’s it . I relocated here, and I will probably be relocating back to state I came from when the lease is up .
