Lack of holding pet owners responsible
November 19, 2025AVOID - as a former renter, please avoid this place. Dogs run the place and management does not care. Apartment sound proofing is subpar and all floors above ground level now have laminate flooring in main areas, no longer carpeted. As a result, bad pet owners who lock their pets up for hours and do not exercise them allow them to run wild in units, dropping toys, bones, zooming around, etc. while the leasing staff does nothing to stop it. The onus is put on the tenant making a complaint while ...asking you to avoid direct confrontation with the unit. Complaints go unanswered even though noise/disturbance provisions in the lease are repeatedly violated. If you want peace & quiet, respectful pet owners who discipline unruly pets, you WILL NOT find that here. Move on!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 22, 2024Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are plenty of other apartments around this area. I lived here for a year and had nothing but issues. Dog excrement everywhere, office staff that is a resident not following pool rules of no drinking or smoking, amenities getting wrecked from horrible tenants, not worth the money... the list could go on for days.Property Manager Responded

Good
February 17, 2024These apartments have good relaxation areas, a place for a walk around the lake. If there are problems with the apartment, then all issues are resolved quickly. I only had problems with the delivery of the package.Property Manager Responded

Way Over Priced !!!
December 29, 2023Dog crap everywhere and poorly maintained. Took them four months to fix the gate. Dangerous dog breeds here as well that are NOT allowed on this property. People up front in the office don’t really care so it’s poorly maintained and managed. It’s like they are just there for a paycheck and could care less about the lessee. Pool is always full of debree and bugs in the summertime. You can tell this was just cheap and quick throw up construction because there is absolutely NO insulation or sound ...proofing in the walls or floors. I could actually hear the person using the bathroom up above me as well as people walking by outside talking like literally there was nothing between us.Property Manager Responded

One Star Is Too Many
September 16, 2023Poorly maintained and managed. Broken amenities, dead grass everywhere, dirty , no soundproofing between units. Management unresponsive and does not care. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Cannot get out of here fast enough.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to live in
June 22, 2023First of all, I want to give a shout-out to Ashley, she walked us thru everything in this complex, and the amenities are amazing, it seems to be an excellent place to move in, Ashley was very kind and took her time to answer to our questions, especially my 2 kids that didn't stop asking her lots of them. We will consider moving here. excellent storage rooms and the complex is well maintained. as per complaints about dogs, hey, dogs are being dogs, they seem to get upset over minor issues. ...overall we love itProperty Manager Responded

DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!
March 15, 2023Dog poop everywhere, huge whiffs of marijuana from neighbors, dangerous dogs that shouldnt be here, bugs problems, amenities not working, and poor mamanement. Save yourself a massive headache and stress and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

BEWARE
March 5, 2022I have lived at the Adley since Nov. This place is an overpriced, poorly managed complex. Dog excrement and urine in the hallways is a daily occurrence. I was attacked and bitten by a another tenants dog. Neighbors dog barks incessantly at all hours of the day and night and management does nothing about it. The assistant manager told me to call the police. The apartments are cheaply constructed with paper thin walls. The noise from other tenants is ridiculous. Banging doors, flushing toilets, ...couples arguing etc. Oh and did I mention the highway noise? We cant even open our windows or door to the tiny porch. Car and truck noise is deafening. Smokers and Noise
November 9, 2020I have lived here for 8 months, and moved here because it is supposed to be a "no smoking property". In July smokers moved in, they regularly smoke on their indoor porch, it also smells like they are smoking inside their apt, to date the issue has not been resolved despite multiple complaints. The noise is the loudest of any apartment I've lived at in 10 years. There are people slamming doors and yelling in the hallways at night, and blare their bass music surround all hours of day & night. No ...inspections or intervention from the office. Five Star Resort Style Living !
November 21, 2019Where to start ....Let’s start with the great staff. Very friendly and always planning the next amazing event that creates a sense of community. Definitely five star amenities with a huge resort style pool, two story fitness, lounging in one of the hammocks or a cabana. November 21, 2019This is the best complex we have ever lived in! The staff is amazing and very friendly, as are all of the other residents we have met so far. The lake views are incredible at any time of day and there are more amenities than I can count. Living here feels like living on vacation all the time!!
