The management and maintenance teams are wonderful to work with—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. January 24, 2026I am hunting for an apartment. I decided to check out The Alcott since it’s within walking distance to pretty much everything. Clarendon is right around the corner. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the managers Jama. She listened closely to what exactly I needed and showed me what I was looking for. Jama’s attention to detail was excellent and she answered all of my question in a very clear and informative way. I do have other properties to tour but The Alcott is at the top of my ...list. Great Location

November 1, 2023I absolutely love living at gables 1221. I first moved in back in 2019, then I took a hiatus from 2022-part of 2023 to live in Hawaii, then signed a 13-month lease on September 22, 2023. I couldn't be more excited! From the amenities to the serenity of the building, Gables 1221 truly feels like home to me. September 29, 2023It’s a great building - love my apartment. Great location. However, the rent is very high for a building without upscale amenities. There is a small gym and office area with a printer, but still not as nice as other places with that price.Property Manager Responded
