Great Location
October 18, 2025Really like this building. It is set back away from the heavy traffic of Rosslyn but everything is walk. Building is quiet and pet friendly. Staff is great!Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2023I absolutely love living at gables 1221. I first moved in back in 2019, then I took a hiatus from 2022-part of 2023 to live in Hawaii, then signed a 13-month lease on September 22, 2023. I couldn't be more excited! From the amenities to the serenity of the building, Gables 1221 truly feels like home to me. August 4, 2023Great apartment. Can be somewhat noisy, but the neighborhood is great. There's always parking. Joanne in the front office is the best! Very dog friendly, but the rent goes up dramatically every year!Property Manager Responded
