January 24, 2026I am hunting for an apartment. I decided to check out The Alcott since it’s within walking distance to pretty much everything. Clarendon is right around the corner. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the managers Jama. She listened closely to what exactly I needed and showed me what I was looking for. Jama’s attention to detail was excellent and she answered all of my question in a very clear and informative way. I do have other properties to tour but The Alcott is at the top of my ...list. Great Location

I first moved in back in 2019, then I took a hiatus from 2022-part of 2023 to live in Hawaii, then signed a 13-month lease on September 22, 2023. I couldn't be more excited! From the amenities to the serenity of the building, Gables 1221 truly feels like home to me.
