Seven years and counting
April 27, 2023I have lived here for over seven years and I’m loving it more each year. As a single older female with a pet, I appreciate the safety and security. The grounds are gorgeously maintained, and even during the incessant rain storms, the walkways were kept clear daily. The facilities have all been updated and are beautifully maintained on a regular schedule. The maintenance team is professional and responsive and repairs are done in a timely fashion and on your schedule the office staff are extremely ...confident and also easy to deal with.Property Manager Responded

Also having gym here is very nice and the only thing We wish it would be open longer then 5 pm , so people who work can use it after work : ) Office people are amazing very professional and friendly and so is maintenance . Great team of people who work hard and they fix any problems or any issue very fast and with smile on their faces . April 9, 2021I've been at The Alexander for the last two years after having lived in a house for 30 yrs. My experience has been greater than I imagined. Maintenance is always keeping the property clean, trimming trees, gathering leaves and so forth. The office staff make every effort to accommodate your needs. There's a beautiful main room/lobby, a spa, very large swimming pool, playground, dog park along with facilities to bathe your pet, trails for walks and so much more. Office staff sends newsletters with ...the latest news and holiday festivities. Neighbors are friendly and always willing to help if you need it. Although future plans are to be back in my own home I'm glad to be living at The Alexander during this time of my life. If any person is doing something wrong, the staff is on it like white on rice, keeping it a very pleasant place to live.
