The Alexander is a great place to live the only thing is that there is no place for your children to play they have a place for you to take your pets but no place for the kids to have fun . The water pressure is very low and to many rules like not being able to leave your grill on the patio. Plus the amount of time to pay rent is ridiculous by the 5 of every month and on the 6th day your late I understand the late fee but on the sixth some people don’t get paid like that. Regarding grills on patios, this policy has been put in place with safety considerations in mind - we apologize if it causes any inconvenience.
