The water pressure is very low and to many rules like not being able to leave your grill on the patio. Plus the amount of time to pay rent is ridiculous by the 5 of every month and on the 6th day your late I understand the late fee but on the sixth some people don’t get paid like that. bad management and roach issues
July 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comBeen here 2 and a half months, thoroughly not enjoying it. There were 3 roaches on the wall when we went into our new apartment we had just signed a 12 month lease on. Pest control does not work despite having to pay monthly for it. Our door did not have a weather strip for over a month when we told them about it and made a repair order within a week of arrival. The most expensive GROSSEST apartment in rock hill. Do not move in here whatever you do.
