May 23, 2020Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and flashy language. This place is a complete dump. Constant noise throughout the night, the building reeks of weed etc. Management is distant and not helpful at all. There is no onsite staff or security to uphold "building conduct policies" which are a joke to begin with. The area is very dangerous, as someone was shot and killed outside the building in January 2020. Cars are broken into frequently. The units themselves are not bad at first, but the ...construction is very cheap and things fall apart fast. You've been warned, exhaust all other options before signing a year long contract here. If you must live here invest in car video security, home video security and appropriate means of self-defense.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
