Very Honest Review
June 6, 2025New building so appliances are good. Small parking lot w/ limited parking (I was lucky to get one). Very thin walls/ceilings. Neighbor complained that "footsteps were too loud"?? Mind you they also throw loud parties and the sounds goes both ways. If you don't like noise or neighbors don't live in an apartment. Air conditioning and heating unit is a bit noisy. Only allows dogs and cats. Allows medium to personally largish breeds but not smaller animals (that aren't dogs or cats). Claims to have ...sound proof walls/windows from outside, that is untrue. Personally not a big deal but may be if someone expects to not hear revving engines at 2am. Only one elevator. Inexperienced delivery drivers commonly have issues and packages are usually left on the floor of the mail room instead of the page room for a little bit. If the driver is super inexperienced with the building they may just leave packages outside (has happened with Amazon). Decent place in the city but just beware of whats in between the lines.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
