Wonderful place for both transition and permanence.
September 14, 2015It took a while to find an affordable, quality home around Scottsdale that matched my needs: a relatively safe neighborhood, proximity to work and major highways, recreation in the area, and a good foundation to have as a home. Luckily, The Allison has gone far and beyond the expectations I had for an apartment renting experience. Adjusting to North Scottsdale certainly takes some time, but the area is rich with parks, sports and recreation, bars and restaurants, and other activities for ...individuals, couples, or families of any age. The Allison is a great representation of the quality you can find in the area, even better given the relatively low cost of the space. Anytime an issue pops up, the complex is quick to address the need as soon as possible, and almost always with the highest quality of work. While there are a few issues that occur from time to time, the friendly leasing staff readily handle anything that might pose a problem. I'm happy to be a resident here and, after upgrading to a larger unit, will continue to enjoy my stay at The Allison.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent, but needs some tlc
July 21, 2015The price is great and the space can't be beat. The Staff is friendly. But almost all of our appliances needed repaired immediately after move in, including our mailbox. But overall not bad, just a bad set off circumstances.Review from Apartments.com
