Nice apartments, horrible neighbors

The apartments are BEAUTIFUL, especially if you get an end unit. Maintence is always very quick, friendly, and caring.
The issues though: management isn’t clear. Fees pop up out of nowhere and you have to fight to get some kind of response from them. And if you do, the issue you asked them about is almost never solved.
Parking is like a war zone - there are not NEARLY enough spots for the number of units. People dump and abandon cars for months and months (in one case, years) at a time. ...
Others have coworkers and friends park their cars here and leave them.
The on site security is a joke. They “patrol” for about 20 minutes in the evening and then sit up front on their phone. I’ve called them before to report children vandalizing a car and they sent me to voicemail, never to call me and address the problem.
Neighbors are rowdy, rude, and inconsiderate. They drive insanely fast on the roads despite the speed bumps. Some will sit in their cars late at night (past 12am) blaring music with their high beams on and windows rolled down. Others walk around spitting all over the place. The same car alarms will go off nonstop and the owners refuse to fix it because they park away from their own buildings so they don’t have to hear it. Kids and teens go around keying cars and breaking side mirrors.
Until this is fixed…be wary of moving here.
